You really can't go wrong with Chick-Fil-A when you're in the mood for a quick bite to eat. Despite its fast food status, the beloved chain never lets it interfere with the quality of its food -- which explains why everything on the menu is so good! But, there's one food that employees urge customers to avoid...

... And thankfully, it's not the chicken. Their chicken is actually made fresh on the premises, according to its employees. "The chicken is frozen, thawed, and hand-breaded then fried on site. We're not lying to you," huganic wrote in a Reddit AMA.

Phew! Now we don't have to feel bad about getting a chicken sandwich for lunch. So, what's the one food you should stay away from the next time you're in the mood for Chick-Fil-A? Apparently, it's a salad!

If you're trying to be healthy and watch your weight, then you definitely need to avoid the Cobb Salad with Avocado Lime Ranch dressing from Chick-Fil-A. Even though it's a salad, it's filled with so many sneaky calories and high levels of sodium -- so it's practically as unhealthy as the fries!

The Cobb Salad weighs in 740 calories, 54g of fat, 12g of saturated fat, 1,890mg of sodium, and 25g of carbs. So, where are all of these unhealthy numbers coming from? The dressing! Plus, those chicken nuggets they're topping them with definitely aren't helping either...

Good to know! The next time you're in the mood to get the Cobb Salad from Chick-Fil-A, opt for the Grilled Market Salad with Light Italian Dressing. It's got fewer calories, fat, and sodium. And, it's topped with grilled chicken, which is always a smarter choice when you're looking to lose weight!
