Role Overview: As a member of the design team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of new collections and samples. Your responsibilities will involve assisting in design conceptualization, fabric and trim selection, sample coordination, and staying updated on current fashion trends. The ideal candidate for this role is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the end-to-end garment production process. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating design concepts, sketches, and mood boards. - Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, trims, and styles for upcoming collections. - Coordinate with the sampling team to ensure prototypes align with design intent. - Support in sourcing fabrics, accessories, and embellishments as needed. - Maintain design documentation, specifications, and sample records. - Participate in fittings, make notes on design adjustments, and ensure timely follow-ups. - Assist in preparing presentations, lookbooks, or catalog content when required. Qualification Required: - Good sense of style, color coordination, and garment construction basics. - Strong research and presentation skills. - Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
