Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications like ISO, IPC, and other relevant standards. - Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of quality processes and procedures. - Utilize quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for corrective and preventive actions. - Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and DMAIC. - Serve as the primary interface for customer quality issues, complaints, and feedback. - Investigate customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and communicate resolution plans promptly. - Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand requirements, expectations, and feedback related to product quality. - Proactively address customer concerns and implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Participate in customer audits and visits, presenting quality performance data and demonstrating commitment to quality excellence. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred. - Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in semiconductor backend manufacturing. - Certifications: Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or equivalent certifications are preferred. - Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, DMAIC). Specialized knowledge of semiconductor backend equipment including testers, handlers, and probers. Familiarity with test platforms such as Advantest, Teradyne, and Cohu; experience with probers such as TEL, Accretech, and SEMICS; familiarity with handler platforms including Turret, Hontech, and Pick-and-Place systems. - Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in process control and quality standards, advanced problem-solving capability with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and structured methodologies, high attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction.,
