Job Description
As a Maintenance Engineer with 10-15 years of experience in hardcore PLASTIC - BIG Injection Molding Machine Maintenance, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operations of the automotive manufacturing processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Building and maintaining excellent relations with Injection Molding Machines Service Teams such as Milacron, Haitian, etc. - Demonstrating hardcore repairing experience of Injection Molding Machines including Electrical Circuits, Hydraulic Circuits, proportional valves & Pumps, PLC, SSRs, Contactor Logics, PID Controllers, Barrel Heaters, Barrel Screws, VFD Drives, etc. Previous experience as an Injection Molding Machines Service Engineer would be preferable. - Showcasing hardcore repairing experience of ancillaries such as HRS, Chillers, Vacuum Loaders, Mold heaters, Cooling Tower & Pumps, QMC Quick Mold Changers, etc. - Displaying hardcore repairing experience of Robots, its drives, electronic control cards, etc. - Executing Preventive Maintenance Plans and Machine instrumentation calibration schedules, including Machine Leveling, Strain Gauge Test of Tie Bars, Platen Parallelity. - Handling data entry for daily breakdown data & Data Analysis as per IATF & EHS Audit Requirements. - Implementing action plans for root cause elimination of machine chronic problems and controlling the Number of Breakdown Incidences. - Ensuring machine downtime is minimized and is in line with the set targets. - Managing Maintenance Spares Stock Report & Stock Volumes, Budget effectively. - Repairing critical electronic/hydraulic/mechanical spares as per manufacturers" suggestions. - Undertaking shifting, installation & commissioning of Machines & assembly line set-ups, including Electrical Cable dressing and Mechanical Installations. - Demonstrating good knowledge of SAP PM Module, IOT Based ERP Software. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email Communication. - Having good knowledge of TPM would be preferred. Role Overview: You will be working as an Engineer specializing in Electronics & Communication with a focus on Automation. Your primary responsibilities will include working with Siemens PLC systems such as S7300, S1200 TIA, as well as practicing on PLC systems from Siemens, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi.
