As a Product Delivery Associate on the COMET Admin Team within Workforce Planning, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. Working across the organization, you facilitate the continuous delivery of value while gaining skills and experience to advance in your role. Your responsibilities include designing and configuring COMET applications functionality to support over 30,000 front and back office users. Utilizing analytical skills, agile thinking, and partner influence, you identify business opportunities and propose automation solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce manual work, and improve the employee experience.
