Job Description
  Develop and execute the sales strategy for Prime LAP products (large ticket LAP) in the Indore region and surrounding areas. Achieve disbursement and revenue targets for Prime LAP within region onboard new customers, channels and broker networks. Expand and manage a strong network of channel partners (brokers, DSAs, real-estate consultants, banks) focused on high-value LAP deals. Build, lead and motivate the regional sales team; set key performance indicators, coach & monitor performance. Analyse market trends, competitive offerings, pricing, customer segments and identify new growth opportunities in Prime LAP. Ensure adherence to credit policy, compliance, documentation standards and pipeline management until disbursement. Prepare regular MIS, sales forecasts, funnel reports and present to senior management. Manage cost of acquisition, monitor asset quality and post-disbursement monitoring linkage with credit/operations teams. 8 12 years of experience in lending business, preferably in LAP, Housing Finance, Real Estate Finance or NBFC sales with High-Ticket loans.
