Job Description
As a Cloud Support Professional at PwC, you will be responsible for managing and supporting cloud infrastructure and services to ensure quality, performance, and availability for hosted services. Your role will involve providing guidance and support for cloud technology practitioners, implementation, and maintenance services. You will work on high volume mission critical systems and provide on-call support for production cloud environments. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with customers to develop, migrate, and troubleshoot services issues, while ensuring updated server/process documentation is maintained. Your focus will be on rapid identification and resolution of customer issues, as well as providing a superior customer experience when engaging technical support. Furthermore, you will assist in Tier 2 triage, troubleshooting, remediation, and escalation of tickets, while proactively identifying ways to optimize the product support function.
