Key Responsibilities: - Analyze the technical and contractual requirements of tenders and process necessary clarifications. - Work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to drive technical requirements. - Engage with clients to provide technical clarifications, resolve issues, and secure acceptance of our standard product. - Prepare technical offers for High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear (HV GIS) systems, including costing and pricing. - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop the most optimized solutions within financial guidelines. - Support the sales team during negotiations to secure orders and meet financial goals. Qualifications & Skills: - Degree in Electrical Engineering. - 1-3 years of experience in High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear products and tendering for the domestic market. - Team player with a customer-centric and result-oriented approach. - Professional expertise in MS Office. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Self-motivated, quick, and assertive individual. - Adaptive to changing market dynamics. - Collaborative and well-coordinated in working with diverse teams and stakeholders.,
