You will play a crucial role in bridging artists, customers, and our community to make creativity accessible and engaging for all age groups. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, organize, and execute creative workshops on a regular basis - Collaborate with invited experts, artists, and the SkyBlue team - Engage participants and create inspiring learning environments - Manage communication with participants before and after workshops - Handle logistics, materials setup, and maintain attendance/feedback records **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate/Postgraduate from NID/NIFT/CEPT or other design institutes - 2-3 years of experience in workshops, events, and community engagement - Strong creative exposure and passion for art and design - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Ability to multitask and efficiently manage logistics At SkyBlue, we are on a mission to make creative lifestyle accessible to everyone through our multi-brand retail chain.
