As an experienced candidate with 4-6 years of experience in Design & Build Projects, your role will involve: - Leading design ideation and client engagement throughout the concept development to design execution process. - Creating and presenting space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material palettes. - Developing GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and ensuring on-site implementation aligns with the design intent. - Collaborating with project management and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution. - Coordinating with 3D visualizers for visuals and walkthroughs to effectively convey the design language. - Attending client meetings and conducting regular site visits for supervision, execution coordination, and design validation. - Integrating sustainability, optimization, and brand storytelling into each project as part of our SOUL philosophy. - Handling multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high quality and creativity standards.
