Leading the Design Stage: To ensure that the cost of the project aligns with the designs proposed. To produce furniture plans, design proposal, material selections and manage clients independently or with minimal supervision. Professionally manage the design phase keeping a check of budget and standard timelines set by the management. To formulates designs which are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes. 3. Client Satisfaction: Proactively working towards gaining the trust of the prospective clients with skillset and lead them towards closure with the company. Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure positive feedback and referral flow from the clients. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget constraints, and translate these into creative and functional design concepts. Assist the client in the selection and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and accessories, ensuring quality, functionality, and aesthetic coherence with the overall design concept. Act as a point of contact for all your clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Coordinate with external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements into overall project plans. Post the design phase, designer to be proactive in terms of assisting the client with Material Selection process i.e. planning the list of items that would be required during execution, for example - Lighting fixtures, curtains. kitchen wall tiles etc., Similarly, a minimum of 3 to 4 site visits for each project during execution stage.
