As a Senior Design Engineer Mechanical, you will be a valuable member of our Product Design team, leveraging your 5+ years of experience in machine design and advanced mechanical design principles. Your role will involve: - Leading the design and development of machine components, modules, and assemblies according to product and project requirements. - Creating and reviewing detailed 3D models, drawings, and design documentation using Solid Edge / SolidWorks. - Applying GD&T principles effectively and ensuring adherence to engineering standards, specifications, and best practices. - Preparing and verifying Bill of Materials (BOM), engineering change documents, and design records. - Collaborating closely with manufacturing, production, and quality teams for design validation, prototyping, and continuous improvement. - Providing technical guidance to junior engineers and supporting cross-functional teams during development. - Utilizing strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, casting, and sheet metal design. - Participating in design reviews and contributing to improving product reliability and manufacturability.
