Key Responsibilities: - Design creative social media posts, banners, reels, stories, and short videos. - Develop branding materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, posts, and promotional graphics. - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to meet campaign requirements. - Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs. - Edit and produce short-form video content for social media. - Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and social platform formats. - Deliver high-quality creatives within specified deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or social media design. - Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. - Strong creativity and understanding of color, layout, typography, and branding. - Basic knowledge of video editing (Reels, Shorts). - Ability to handle tight deadlines and multiple design tasks. Preferred Skills: - Experience in creating animated posts or motion graphics. - Knowledge of UI/UX basics. - Ability to generate new creative ideas for campaigns.
