Your role will involve diversifying online and offline channels, optimizing sales strategies, and effectively positioning products for target customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, manage, execute/oversee, and strategize performance marketing campaigns from scratch to drive consistent revenue growth. - Act as the point of contact for all account-related matters, maintaining strong relationships with D2C clients. - Develop tailored solutions and strategies based on clients" business objectives, marketing strategies, and performance goals. - Scale campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google to maximize reach and impact. - Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. - Identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization to improve campaign performance and drive results. - Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing professionals, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns and initiatives effectively. - Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations. - Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with clients" objectives, budget constraints, and industry trends. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on D2C clients; experience with a Digital Marketing Agency is desirable. - Proven track record of managing client accounts, driving results, and exceeding targets. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in team leadership, coaching, and development. - Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.,
