Key Responsibilities: - Direct the APAC Engineering & Reliability team to maximize equipment and process efficiency, improve machine uptime, and eliminate losses through strong reliability programs and preventative maintenance. - Develop and deploy reliability standards in partnership with Global Engineering, ensuring supplier compliance with maintainability and reliability requirements. - Audit and enforce compliance with global equipment and process standards to ensure common capability and reliability maturity across plants. - Lead regional energy and sustainability initiatives, including benchmarking and collaborating with the Global Sustainability team. - Identify and implement technologies to reduce utility consumption, advance automation, and contribute to decarbonization targets. - Manage engineering budgets, MRO inventory, and cost optimization initiatives while balancing reliability performance. - Lead the development of the APAC capital plan, validating investment requirements against capacity, capability, and future business needs. - Partner with PMO, procurement, and finance to prioritize and oversee execution of capital projects. - Provide technical expertise and direction in evaluating CapEx projects, ensuring alignment with reliability and compliance standards. - Standardize processes and equipment features to improve reliability, repeatability, and cost-effectiveness across the region. - Deploy plant optimization pillars relating to engineering/equipment reliability and early equipment management (EEM). - Act as a change leader to embed a culture of reliability excellence and compliance. - Enforce strict adherence to Goodyear's compliance and ethical standards, emphasizing transparent reporting and data integrity. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; Master's preferred. - 15+ years in engineering, maintenance, and/or reliability leadership roles with expertise in heavy equipment management and maintenance systems. - Strong track record in capital planning, compliance oversight, engineering cost management, and project management. Experience in the tire and rubber industry preferred. - Talent development, team building, and organizational capability growth experience. - Knowledge of utility management, energy optimization, automation, digitalization, and cost efficiency levers. As an HVAC Draughtsman at our company, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and preparing detailed HVAC drawings using AutoCAD. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that HVAC drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed HVAC drawings for projects, including ductwork layouts, piping layouts, ventilation systems, and air distribution plans using AutoCAD. - Perform heat load calculations to determine the required capacity of HVAC systems. - Select appropriate HVAC equipment based on project load requirements and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ). - Ensure HVAC designs comply with industry standards and work in coordination with MEP teams and other stakeholders. - Maintain project documentation, assist in preparing tender documents, and review HVAC designs for cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Design, or equivalent. - 3-7 years of experience in HVAC drafting and designing. - Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) for HVAC drawings. - Knowledge of HVAC software such as HAP, Revit MEP, and Duct Sizer. - Strong understanding of heat load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and ventilation systems. - Familiarity with HVAC design codes (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA, NBC, etc.). - Excellent communication and coordination skills.
