Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned organizations, guiding on compensation-related issues - Act as the primary local compensation contact for India managers and people team - Assist in developing compensation education strategy and training materials - Create and approve new hire offers, job change adjustments, and retention-related interventions - Communicate changes/updates to compensation processes and policies - Conduct regular analyses to determine overall compensation health and provide recommendations - Develop analysis and presentation templates for compensation reviews and market studies - Provide consulting services to People Business partners and business leaders - Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop compensation strategies for candidates - Support annual Compensation Program/Performance cycle - Design and deliver training in various forms/modalities - Collaborate with various internal teams and business leaders Qualifications Required: - BA/BS in Business, Economics, HR, or a similar field - 7+ years of broad-based compensation experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-tech companies - Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Attention to detail and strong work ethic About Rubrik: Rubrik is dedicated to securing the world's data with Zero Trust Data Security.
