As a Product Manager at our company, your role will involve defining and articulating the product vision and roadmap for DataIQ and Marketplace in alignment with company objectives and market needs. You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will prioritize features and initiatives that drive business impact and user satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and iteration. Working closely with engineering, design, and data teams, you will deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. Additionally, you will develop clear and concise product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across both DataIQ and Marketplace platforms will be crucial. You will collaborate with UX/UI teams to design user-centric interfaces that enhance engagement and usability. Furthermore, you will provide training and support materials to enable users to maximize the value of our products.
In terms of performance monitoring and optimization, you will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making. Analyzing user feedback and product data, you will identify areas for improvement and optimization. Continuously iterating on product features and functionalities will be essential to enhance performance and user satisfaction.
Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. You should have 4+ years of experience with a proven track record in data intelligence or digital commerce products. A strong understanding of data analytics, cloud technologies, and e-commerce platforms is necessary. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, are also crucial.
