Your role will involve assisting in system implementations, project leadership, solution design, configuration and customization, quality assurance, issue resolution, optimization and best practices, training and mentorship, documentation and knowledge management, change management, upgrades and migrations, integration, project governance, SAP Cloud expertise, ABAP development, customization and configuration, data migration, SAP Fiori/UI5 development, workflow development, performance tuning, upgrade and patch management, troubleshooting and support, documentation, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in system implementations, particularly in migration to RISE with SAP S/4HANA, providing support throughout the migration process and post-migration support. - Take a leadership role in implementation projects, overseeing project components, ensuring successful delivery, and providing guidance to junior consultants and team members. - Lead the design of solutions based on needs and industry best practices, provide input on system architecture and configuration. - Perform complex configurations and customizations of relevant modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements. - Oversee and participate in testing activities, ensuring quality and integrity of the solution. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration or functionality issues, working closely with technical teams. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization, recommending best practices implementation. - Provide training and mentorship to junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices within the team. - Ensure comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and solutions, contributing to knowledge management initiatives. - Assist in change management processes, guiding team members through changes in business processes. - Lead or contribute to system upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Oversee integration of modules with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. - Establish and enforce project governance standards, adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. - Demonstrate expertise in SAP Cloud solutions, staying updated with the latest developments. - Proficient in ABAP development, configuring SAP modules, and components based on business needs. - Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data quality and integrity. - Work on integrating SAP modules with other applications and systems, using tools for seamless data flow. - Develop and customize user interfaces using SAP Fiori and UI5 technologies. - Design and implement SAP workflows to automate business processes, customize and enhance existing workflows. - Optimize SAP system performance, identify and resolve performance issues. - Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, apply patches, ensure compatibility and stability. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues in SAP systems, provide support to end-users, and document technical specifications and configuration changes. - Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and technical teams, working closely with SAP Basis consultants. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. - SAP Certified Application Professional certification. - 6 to 10 years of experience in the domain of Oil and Gas.
