Leading the Design Stage: To ensure that the cost of the project aligns with the designs proposed. To produce furniture plans, design proposal, material selections and manage clients independently or with minimal supervision. Professionally manage the design phase keeping a check of budget and standard timelines set by the management. To formulates designs which are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes. 3. Client Satisfaction: Proactively working towards gaining the trust of the prospective clients with skillset and lead them towards closure with the company. Post the design phase, designer to be proactive in terms of assisting the client with Material Selection process i.e. planning the list of items that would be required during execution, for example - Lighting fixtures, curtains. kitchen wall tiles etc., Similarly, a minimum of 3 to 4 site visits for each project during execution stage.
