The team manages supply from independent hotels, chain hotels, and DMCs across domestic and international markets, focusing on providing dynamic or customized travel packages and fixed departure holiday packages. Your goal is to lead in a highly competitive market by offering diverse and attractive holiday options to travelers. Key Responsibilities: - Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, and building strong relationships to secure the best deals for customers. - Build and maintain relationships with global hotels, DMCs, tour operators, and activity providers to ensure a diverse and competitive supplier base. - Lead contract negotiations, identify and onboard new vendors aligning with market trends, conduct market analysis, monitor supplier performance, and utilize data analytics to optimize pricing strategies and product selection. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and focus on continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Possess a master's degree from a reputable institute. - Have 4 to 8 years of experience in Holidays Supply or a similar role. - Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to interpret data for revenue growth and a basic understanding of SQL.
