As a C&D Plant Operations Executive / Supervisor / Manager at the C&D Waste Processing Facility, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the Construction & Demolition waste processing plant. Your responsibilities include: - **Plant Operations** - Monitor the day-to-day functioning of crushers, screens, conveyors, feeders, and sorting systems. - Ensure proper segregation of incoming C&D waste like concrete, bricks, soil, metal, wood, and plastics. - Oversee crushing, screening, washing (if applicable), and final product generation such as RMC aggregates, sand, blocks, etc. - Monitor plant parameters, equipment performance, and yield. - **Workforce & Shift Management** - Supervise operators, helpers, and sorting staff. - Plan shift schedules and allocate manpower. - Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings. - **Quality Control** - Ensure recycled aggregates meet required specifications. - Coordinate with QC team for sampling and testing. - Maintain records of production and quality. - **Maintenance & Equipment Care** - Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams for preventive & breakdown maintenance. - Ensure lubrication schedules, daily inspections, and timely repairs. - Minimize downtime and improve plant availability. - **Inventory & Material Management** - Track incoming waste quantity and outgoing recycled products. - Maintain stock reports for raw materials, spare parts, and consumables. - **Documentation & Reporting** - Maintain daily production reports, fuel consumption, machine hours, and operator logs. - Prepare MIS reports, incident reports, and maintenance records. - **Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)** - Ensure compliance with safety standards and PPE usage. - Monitor dust, noise, and pollution control equipment. - Ensure proper housekeeping and waste disposal practices. - Follow municipal/PCB/ISO procedures. - **Compliance & Coordination** - Coordinate with municipal authorities, contractors, transporters, and vendors. - Ensure plant operation complies with environmental and regulatory norms. Key Skills Required: - Knowledge of crushing & screening plants. - Understanding of waste segregation and recycling processes. - Experience in handling heavy equipment like JCB, loaders, and trucks. - Strong supervisory and communication skills. - Ability to handle emergency situations and breakdowns. - Basic computer skills (Excel, MIS reporting).
