Job Description
As an HR Recruiter at our company, your role will involve being based in Sanand, Ahmedabad while also traveling across India for campus placements and job fairs. Your responsibilities will include: - Connecting with DDUs (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana Centers) and ITI/Diploma colleges for candidate sourcing. - Participating in and attending job fairs, campus placements, and recruitment drives. - Recruiting blue-collar workers for specific client companies based on job role requirements. - Handling the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, shortlisting, and coordination for interviews. - Maintaining a database of candidates and ensuring regular follow-ups. - Ensuring timely deployment of manpower as per client needs.
