Job Description
Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining the cyclical Inflight Entertainment Content (IFEC) programs, periodical updates, and GUI content for each client account within the scope of work. Your role will involve working with cross-functional teams globally, adhering to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for media and technology, effective communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure metadata and image assets meet OEM specifications for servicing - Handle production and quality control of OEM metadata & images programs - Manage data tasks including normalizing and inputting content images, descriptive and technical metadata - Communicate with OEM Program managers for client change requests and updates - Identify and resolve technical and production issues, escalating to management when necessary - Assign advertisements to titles as per platform requirements - Create and publish content tracking grids to OEM - Calculate, monitor, and manage milestones for timely deliveries to OEM - Provide coverage support as needed - Exemplify company core values and behaviors - Accountable for delivering departmental outcomes - Offer feedback for continuous improvement processes Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience working with video/audio/subtitle/metadata and client service in Media & Entertainment, film/tv production, or similar industry - Strong understanding of video/film formats, distribution workflows, and technologies - Experience in the InFlight Entertainment industry is a plus - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written) - Effective problem solver who can adapt to changing priorities - Able to thrive in a dynamic, innovative, deadline-driven environment - Willingness to work outside regular business hours when necessary - Excellent MS Excel skills and knowledge of MS Office package - Working knowledge of Photoshop preferred About Anuvu: Anuvu has been a trusted provider of high-speed connectivity and entertainment solutions for worldwide mobility markets for over a decade.
