Key Responsibilities: - Developing instrumentation hook up drawings for air piping, pressure pneumatic piping, and instrument wiring. - Creating control room layouts for instrumentation equipment related to the control system. - Designing instrumentation layouts for the Plot plan of instruments, main cable layout, instrument wiring layout, and air piping layout. - Generating instrument support drawings, instrument installation drawings, and standard drawings for instrument installations. - Preparing Instrument cable schedules, Cable block diagrams, and Instrument JB wiring diagrams. - Drafting instrument loop wiring drawings, complex closed-loop drawings, and interlock logic diagrams. - Developing typical standard drawings for instrumentation and Instrumentation Bo2/MTO. - Assisting the department lead in man-hour estimation. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 9 to 15 years of experience in FEED/EPC of Fertilizer/Petrochemical/Refinery Plants. - Expertise in instrumentation design activities. - Proficiency in SP3D, AUTOCAD, SPR, and MS Office.
