As an AM/DM - Electrical, you will be responsible for designing various electrical components including HT / LT Switchgear, LT / HT Bus duct, HT Indoor Breaker/Outdoor Breaker, HT / LT Motors, HT/LT Transformers, Neutral Grounding Resistor, Load Break Switch & Outdoor isolator, and Datasheet of Power Cable (HT/LT). You will also create Master Single line diagrams, Electrical load lists, and perform transformer sizing calculations. Furthermore, your role will involve working on SLD, protection SLD, Technical data sheets, Wiring schematics diagrams, General arrangement layouts, painting procedures, and material lists. You will be responsible for Cable sizing calculations, Cable Design Memoranda, HT, LT, Control & Instruments Cable Trays, AC Lighting panel, DC Lighting panel, Luminaries, MLDB & WRDB, Earthing and Lightning Protection Materials, Capacitor bank panels, Battery & Battery chargers (110V DC, 220V DC & 24V DC), and other related tasks. You will be joining our manufacturing team as an ITI candidate to support the production process of Pistons, Piston Rings, Gravity & Pressure Die Casting, and Coating units. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate and maintain machines related to piston and piston ring manufacturing. - Assist in Gravity Casting and Pressure Die Casting processes. - Handle pre-machining and post-machining activities. - Conduct surface preparation and apply coatings according to specifications. - Perform quality checks as per the SOP. - Maintain 5S and safety standards on the shop floor. - Read and interpret technical drawings and job instructions. - Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams as needed. - Log production data and support process improvement initiatives. **Skills & Competencies:** - Technical knowledge of machining, casting, or coating operations. - Ability to work with measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, etc.). - Basic understanding of process safety and quality. - Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment. - Ability to work in shifts and handle repetitive tasks with precision.
