Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ proposal writing, preferably within IT, consulting, or professional services. - Strong understanding of proposal processes, including IDIQ task orders and FAR compliance. - Excellent ability to write persuasively for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong project management skills to handle multiple deadlines effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Experience with document collaboration and design tools such as InDesign, Canva, and MS Visio is a plus. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).,
