As an Assistant Manager Procurement, IT at Rehlko, you will play a crucial role in managing contracts, supplier onboarding, order management, procurement operations, and engagement. Your responsibilities will include: - Contract Proficiency: - Understanding business and legal interpretations of contract T&Cs. - Proficient in working with Domestic & International Law. - Managing complex/sophisticated commercial agreements independently. - Supplier Onboarding & Compliance: - Creating and managing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with suppliers. - Registering new suppliers in the SAP Ariba system accurately. - Maintaining the Ariba Contract Repository up-to-date. - Order Management: - Creating contract orders in Ariba and managing the Adobe Sign approval process. - Gathering requirements from suppliers to support contract and sourcing activities. - Soliciting quotes from vendors. - Procurement Operations: - Creating purchase requisitions and ensuring timely issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers. - Validating and following up on cost allocations for accuracy and budget alignment. - Engagement: - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align with business objectives. - Serving as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams for issue resolution and smooth operations.
