Job Description
As an Oracle Quality Consultant, you will play a crucial role in multiple end-to-end implementations, version upgrades, maintenance, and support projects across Oracle EBS Quality. Your responsibilities will include: - Having 10 years of experience in Oracle Quality Consultant role, with expertise in Manufacturing and Purchasing modules. - Demonstrating the ability to create and maintain Quality plans, nonconformance reports, corrective actions, and data collections. - Excelling in analyzing business requirements and designing solutions using AIM/OUM methodology, while ensuring meticulous documentation such as MD050, MD070, MD120, etc. - Creating Oracle Service Requests for code-fixes, data-fixes, product bugs, etc., and effectively tracking them to closure. - Holding a certification from Oracle University in Oracle Quality certification for Oracle EBS R12 would be an advantage. - Utilizing incident management tools and being familiar with ticket statuses like User Wait, Testing, etc. - Showcasing proven ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively collaborate in team environments with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
