Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts - Conduct risk assessments related to demand variability and develop mitigation strategies - Collaborate with sales and product teams for the S&OP process to validate and finalize consensus demand - Prepare production and procurement plans aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints - Monitor supplier lead times, production schedules, and material availability - Coordinate with manufacturing plants and vendors to ensure on-time availability - Optimize inventory levels to balance service level goals and working capital targets - Conduct analysis on minimum stock level, ABC categorization, overstock, zero stock, and material shortage control - Ensure healthy stock levels across warehouses and channels - Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory; recommend liquidation or reallocation strategies - Monitor safety stock, reorder points, and replenishment cycles - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Logistics teams to align on forecasts, supply plans, and business priorities Qualifications & Skills: - Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field - Postgraduate degree or certifications (APICS CPIM/CSCP, MBA SCM) preferred - Experience: 4-7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management - Experience in consumer durables or related FMCG/retail/electronics industries preferred - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), forecasting tools, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / JDA / Kinaxis) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Understanding of S&OP, forecasting techniques, safety stock management, and inventory optimization If this role aligns with your career aspirations, you can reach out at varsha.tomar@havells.com for further discussions.,

You will be joining the BOLD Business Intelligence (BI) team as an ETL Specialist, responsible for building and maintaining a highly scalable data warehouse and developing/maintaining ETL processes.
