Key Responsibilities: - Implement creative strategies to reach out to potential customers and drive new business growth. - Take full ownership of building and managing your sales pipeline. - Follow up with customers to qualify leads, whether self-generated or provided by the team/OEM. - Engage with prospects and partners via phone calls, emails, and webinars/tradeshows. - Nurture qualified leads, oversee the sales process, and collaborate with customers to identify opportunities and convert them into orders. - Establish strong relationships with Channel Partner Inside/Outside Sales teams for lead hand-off. - Generate quotes for customers, to be carried out by channel partners. - Utilize technical support as needed, with the goal of eventually working independently. - Deliver compelling sales presentations using phone and web technology. - Share product knowledge with potential clients while aligning with company messaging and positioning. - Stay updated on industry technologies to provide informed recommendations to customers. - Support tracking and analysis of business development effectiveness, both on a personal and company level. - Maintain detailed records of all leads and activities in the CRM tool.
