Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, ads, and content to support brand goals and increase product awareness. - Enhance website traffic growth through SEO best practices and optimization of the company website and blog. - Create and manage Meta Ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram to reach new audiences and drive conversions. - Lead content creation for blogs, emails, web pages, and social media platforms in coordination with designers and writers. - Develop a content strategy for social media accounts to boost engagement. - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create assets and ensure smooth campaign execution. - Monitor campaign results, analyze performance using analytics tools, and make data-driven improvements. - Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, algorithm updates, tools, and emerging content formats to keep brand campaigns fresh and relevant. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in SEO and running Meta Ads campaigns. - Strong understanding of content strategy and social media marketing best practices. - Ability to strategically plan and execute campaigns independently for lead generation or engagement. - Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms. - Excellent team leadership skills, including coordinating content calendars and aligning marketing with overall business goals. - Effective communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions, provide feedback, and align marketing strategies with business requirements.
