Key Responsibilities: - Create visually compelling motion graphics for social media, websites, ads, and video content. - Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute designs aligned with the brand's identity. - Develop storyboards and visual concepts to effectively communicate ideas. - Animate graphics, logos, and text elements to produce engaging videos. - Edit and finalize video content, ensuring high-quality animation and smooth transitions. - Stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and industry best practices. - Take ownership of motion design projects from concept to completion and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Work with other departments to integrate motion graphics within broader content strategies. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience as a motion graphic designer with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, CorelDraw, and Illustrator. - Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition. - Experience in video editing and motion design. - Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines. - Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - A degree in graphic design, animation, fine arts, or related field is a plus. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of 3D animation tools like Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus. - Experience in UI/UX design and front-end development is advantageous. - Familiarity with audio editing and sound design for enhancing motion graphics is desirable.
