Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for procuring direct materials following plant and corporate regulations, including Quality Assurance (QA) and Supply Chain Management (SCM). You will communicate and coordinate with network schedulers for plan and execution updates, ensuring understanding of material requirements and processing requisitions to provide Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials to the plant. - Executing exception messages such as postponement, anticipation, or cancellation of orders, and managing internal escalations. - Resolving internal discrepancies with operations and external issues with suppliers, such as delivery problems, claims, and quality issues. - Collaborating with logistics partners and suppliers for material delivery as per agreed incoterms. - Evaluating and monitoring supply performance, working with suppliers and category managers to implement corrective and preventive actions for on-time performance improvement. - Maintaining inventory levels of materials in accordance with set objectives, collaborating with inventory analysts and network schedulers for optimized inventory levels. - Coordinating with Supplier Quality and suppliers for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) of defective parts and related reverse logistics. - Working with Engineering, Product Managers, and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) for phase-in/out (Engineering Change Notice management). - Maintaining relevant purchasing data, specifically related to Price through Supplier Performance Improvement Review (SPIR) policy, and other purchasing data such as unit price changes, supplier lead time, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), Minimum Order Value (MOV), single/dual sourcing, etc., in collaboration with the Data Health and Commodity team. - Utilizing all available digital tools for Supply Chain Management (SCM) to maximize efficiency. - Sharing best materials management practices with the team, continuously improving processes, developing process standards, ensuring compliance with materials planning processes, and reporting in alignment with the network and global supply chain organization. - Resolving Distribution Center (DC) and Plant Putaway Issues. Job Description
As a Sr. Technical/ Technical - Customer Service at this leading company located in Mumbai (Chembur), you will be expected to have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer Industry/Process plant. Additionally, ITI Electrical with 5 years & Diploma with 3 years of experience are required, preferably with a valid wiremen License. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily / monthly / annual maintenance of MV & LV switchgears, MV/LV circuit breakers, APFC panels, RTPFC panels, Battery chargers and battery banks. - Conduct maintenance work of HT & LT motors & MOVs. - Possess basic knowledge of Electrical control wiring and automation systems. - Work on Heat tracer system and have knowledge of VFD/Soft starters and their application. - Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions, replacing parts and components as necessary. - Handle shift activities, Operation of DG & Gas Turbines, AHU, etc. - Utilize shears, power saws, cutting torches, and chipper knives for cutting structural components when needed. - Create and implement a suitable maintenance schedule and conduct system maintenance accordingly. - Conduct diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems to determine the root cause of the malfunction. - Replace damaged or defective structural components as required. - Familiarity with safety procedures while carrying out electrical work. - Maintain good Coordination and Communication, fostering positive relationships with Team members and Client members. - Update preventive Maintenance checklists of electrical equipment. Qualification Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer Industry/Process plant. - ITI Electrical with 5 years & Diploma with 3 years of experience. - Preferably with a valid wiremen License. - Millwright fitter - ITI with 5-10 years of experience.
