Candidates with supervisory certification will be preferred, but it is not mandatory. - Supervise electrical maintenance activities as per HPL EICs instructions. - Conduct Job Safety Hazard Analysis (JHAS) and enforce safety measures before starting any job. - Lead and manage a team of 5-10 personnel, including technicians and helpers. - Prepare tools, spares, and consumables lists for job completion. - Ensure quality checks and compliance with safety procedures. - Oversee material inspections and report job progress to HPL EIC. - Diploma in Electrical Engineering (AICTE-recognized) with minimum 5 years of industrial experience. - Non-Diploma (Science Graduate) with 10+ years of experience in electrical jobs in reputed Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer Plants. - Retired professionals (up to 60 years of age) with 20+ years of industrial experience are also eligible. - Experience in shutdown activities is preferred. - Candidates must submit experience certificates and credentials for approval. - Proficiency in English, Bengali, and Hindi (verbal and written). - Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
