Job Description
As a highly experienced RF Design Engineer at our Navi Mumbai office, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of cutting-edge RF systems from concept to realization. Your role will require a hands-on approach to architecting, implementing, and validating high-performance RF front-end designs, with a strong emphasis on system integration and optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deploy complete RF systems across various application domains - Create and refine RF front-end modules including power amplifiers, LNAs, mixers, filters, and related components - Perform detailed simulations, prototyping, and testing to enhance system performance and reliability - Design and integrate digital electronic subsystems to ensure smooth interoperability with RF components Basic Qualifications: - A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in RF hardware design and system-level development - Demonstrated expertise in building complex RF architectures, especially involving front-end modules - Solid grounding in RF theory, electromagnetic principles, and system behavior - Skilled in using industry-standard RF simulation and design tools - Strong knowledge of RF PCB layout, signal integrity, and high-frequency design best practices - Proficiency with RF test and measurement equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators - Experience with EMI/EMC standards and designing systems for compliance - Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with Software Defined Radios (SDRs) and their applications in modern systems - Experience in antenna design and integration into RF systems You will work with a team that values innovation and excellence in RF Hardware, EMI/EMC standards, and SDRs.,
