Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external experts to develop and validate CAD design proposals. Ensure timely data management, including engineering data releases, BOM updates, and document control. Resolve design challenges by coordinating with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, tooling, quality, and testing. Support the development and implementation of innovative trim solutions that reflect global trends and customer expectations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. 48 years of experience in trim design and development in the automotive domain. Proficiency in CATIA (parametric modeling, surface modeling, engineering data management). Strong knowledge of GD&T, 3D annotations, and design validation processes. Experience with plastic part design, tooling feasibility, DFA/DFM guidelines, and manufacturing processes. Ability to interpret and apply global trim design trends and benchmark data. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple design deliverables simultaneously.

As a Senior Engineer, your role will involve preparing and reviewing FRP and RCC/Concrete cooling tower engineering drawings and documentation. You will be responsible for generating Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all materials with the required specifications. Additionally, you will need to finalize tower layout, elevation, structural frame, and component arrangement based on site data. It will be essential for you to utilize local and international codes (such as IS, ASCE, ASME, CTI) to validate or compute wind and seismic loads. Your tasks will also include foundation design and providing assistance to structural consultants. Your responsibilities will extend to developing columns, louvers, casing, fan decks, Davit system, stairways, ladders, etc. You will be expected to engineer and select fillers, drift eliminators, nozzles, and water distribution headers/piping for the hydraulic and mechanical systems. Optimizing manufacturing, site construction, and thermal performance will be a crucial part of your role. Furthermore, you will need to create and test auxiliary systems such as dosing tanks, pumps, controls for chemicals, side-stream, backwash, and flow, temperature, conductivity sensors.
