Role Overview: You are seeking a dynamic Team Lead position at Siemens Energy to manage a group of 10 engineers in the AUX India Mechanical Systems team. Your role involves leading customer order execution and R&D activities for product development of Gas Turbine auxiliaries. This position requires a combination of technical expertise and leadership responsibilities in a global, collaborative environment to ensure high-quality engineering solutions, vendor coordination, and innovation for complex gas turbine packages.
