As a Sales Executive for a leading medical device company specializing in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) solutions, your role will involve driving sales of IVD products to hospitals, diagnostic labs, clinics, and healthcare providers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and converting leads into sales. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets will be crucial, along with conducting product presentations, demos, and trainings for customers. Providing timely market feedback, coordinating with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and post-sales support are also key responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management would be a plus. A minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in the Pharma, Life Sciences, or Medical Devices industry is essential. Prior experience in IVD or diagnostic devices will be advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with a strong customer orientation and result-driven approach. Ability to travel within the assigned territory is also required.
