Job Description
As a Client Servicing Executive, your main role will involve supporting clients by providing creative suggestions, answering questions, and responding to concerns. You will also serve as the front line of support to ensure client satisfaction with event services and layout. Your key responsibilities will include: - Attending leads from all venues, taking down the briefing, and making the first call to the client. - Confirming the first briefing and planning the first meeting with the client. - Explaining the company's profile, portfolio, and understanding clients' requirements. - Discussing in-house themes as well as current trends with the client. - Conducting ideation and research as per client requirements. - Developing a customized presentation for the client. - Making quotations for the client in coordination with in-house quotation maker and Head of Department. - Staying updated with current market trends and researching them in detail. - Finalizing budget, theme, and other client requirements. - Following up post submission of quotation to close the client. - Searching for artists if required and providing quotations for the same. - Delegating projects to respective project heads and maintaining clear communication of requirements. - Maintaining relationships with clients. - Participating in event planning and monitoring target costs. - Continuously following up on event execution as per clients' vision. - Maintaining good relationships with stakeholders. - Strictly following SOPs proposed by the company for Client Service Executive. - Reporting to top management. - Performing any other work assigned by top management.
