Job Description
Role Overview: As a Sales Professional at Medtronic, your primary responsibility will be to meet or exceed sales quotas in order to increase the company's market share in your assigned territory. You will serve as the go-to expert for Synergy Capital & Spine, submitting reports, providing information as directed, and ensuring adherence to company policies while conducting business ethically. Managing business with Medtronic's profitability in mind and collaborating with all personnel on the execution of company programs are crucial aspects of your role. You will create and implement an annual business plan with quarterly updates, tailoring service to customers based on their individual needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in recommending new product additions or modifications to the product line and participating in various sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed.
