Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the Business Requirement gathering, planning, and delivery of multiple operational projects. - Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on all data models, reports, dashboards, and reporting techniques related to supply chain. - Creating reports and dashboards from the data warehouse to deliver value to business stakeholders while meeting critical project deadlines. - Managing reports, creating datasets, and workbooks in NetSuite and SuiteAnalytics. - Using NetSuite and SuiteAnalytics database tables to build dashboards and reports in other BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma. - Partnering with general managers or manufacturing operational leads and management to support manufacturing planning and execution across the global manufacturing organization. - Standardizing and implementing reporting best practices with the rest of the Analytics Team to ensure adherence to enterprise reporting guidelines. - Participating in brainstorming and discussion sessions to help development teams better understand and utilize data technologies. - Assisting product managers in ensuring data model additions are accounted for in data team development plans and that appropriate reports are updated. - Collaborating with Engineering to ensure production database changes to event implementations are handled in the data warehouse. - Collaborating with the Data team to provide design guidance, best practices guidance, mentoring, and training as needed to produce a data warehouse with reliable, stable, accurate data. - Using a combination of business analysis and technical skills to deliver reports and analyses for multiple projects accurately and timely. - Writing documentation for stakeholders on any reports or dashboards created. - Enjoying working with remote teams and individuals who have strong opinions. Desired Qualifications: - B.S. in Data Science, Data Analysis, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience as a data analyst generating enterprise reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma Computing. - 3+ years of providing complex analysis reports in manufacturing, operations, sourcing, or logistics. - 2+ years of experience working with NetSuite and SuiteAnalytics data directly in NetSuite and indirectly in a BI tool. - Experience with finance reporting and dashboarding is a plus. - Proven experience working with complex datasets and writing SQL queries directly with multiple levels of CTEs. - Experience with Snowflake is a bonus. - Working knowledge of BI concepts such as regressions, sliding window functions, operational metrics, end-to-end process metrics, logistics, and fulfillment metrics. - Experience with leading and coordinating cross-functional initiatives, conducting interviews, and performing analyses to create business cases for projects. - Experience performing live training sessions for internal and external stakeholders during system and process implementation. - Experience using Odoo or other ERP systems, Shipping Carrier, TMS, or similar core business systems. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment and to excel in a fast-paced setting. - Proficient in professional-level English communication.
