As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Finalization of accounts, verification of daily transactions including sales, purchase, expenses, debit notes, credit notes, journals. - Detailed knowledge and experience in GST, TDS calculation, filing, submission of returns, and generating justification reports. - Reviewing RTGS/NEFT transactions prepared by executives, and ability to prepare the same independently. - Communicating with auditors regarding statutory audits and providing necessary data. - Ensuring compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC regulations. - Preparing financial analyses and reports, with advanced knowledge of Excel. - Knowledge of due compliance under all Acts. - Generating MIS reports for inventory management and senior management. - Conducting balance sheet reconciliations for various accounts. Role Overview: As a Senior Finance & Accounts Manager at JJ EPC Pvt. Ltd., you will be leading the accounting and finance operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end accounting, taxation, and audit processes, preparing and monitoring budgets, MIS reports, and project cost statements, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, etc.), coordinating with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions, as well as leading and mentoring the accounts team at head office and sites.
