Your key responsibilities will include: - Hands-on experience with VisionPLUS CMS modules - Strong development skills in Mainframes, including Cobol, JCL, VSAM, and CICS - In-depth understanding of Vision PLUS architecture for both batch and online processes - Handling file operations during batch processing for both monetary and non-monetary transactions - Familiarity with batch windows, system statuses during after-hours processing, and after-hour update processing - Knowledge of REXX and Eazytrieve is an added advantage - Proficiency in code version control tools such as Changeman & Endeavor - Experience in any of the following VisionPLUS modules - TRAMS, CTA & LTS - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies - Effective communication with customers and production of daily status reports - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proactive and adaptive approach to problem-solving - Flexibility to work in shifts Additionally, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to excel in this role.,
