Role Overview: As a Food Safety and Hygiene Instructor, your main responsibility will be to regularly assess student progress and prepare detailed progress reports. You will need to ensure full compliance with statutory food hygiene, food safety legislation, and health and safety codes of practice. Your contribution to the implementation and upkeep of Food Safety Management Systems is crucial for the smooth running of the service. Additionally, you will be responsible for demonstrating and training all food production-related theory and practical lectures.
