Key Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions on personal, emotional, and academic concerns. - Develop and implement mental health awareness programs and stress management workshops. - Identify individuals at risk and design intervention plans in collaboration with the team. - Conduct psychometric assessments and interpret results for student development. - Facilitate crisis intervention and provide appropriate referrals. - Contribute to policy formulation for promoting holistic wellness across campus. - Collaborate with departments to create an inclusive university culture. Qualifications & Experience: - Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or related discipline (Ph.D. preferred). - Minimum 7 years of counselling experience, preferably in a university or institutional setting. - Strong understanding of student mental health issues and behavioural interventions. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. - Proficiency in English; fluency in additional Indian languages is an advantage.
