Role Overview: As the QHSE Manager for Slickline Operations, you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems specific to well intervention and slickline operations. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, and client requirements while fostering a strong safety and quality culture at all operational levels. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards tailored to slickline and well intervention operations. - Ensure full compliance with company and regulatory safety requirements. - Conduct regular HSE audits, risk assessments, and safety inspections at base and field sites. - Lead incident and near-miss investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and timely closeout of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). - Coordinate and lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and HSE training programs. - Manage risk reviews for well intervention projects and verify emergency response plans readiness. - Monitor and report on HSE KPIs such as TRIR, LTIR, NCRs, and audit scores. - Maintain ISO and other certifications compliance, develop and manage the QMS for slickline operations. - Conduct internal audits, track and close NCRs, review job programs for quality compliance. - Develop and maintain the slickline QHSE competency framework, ensure training plans cover various safety aspects. - Maintain HSE statistics, prepare QHSE performance reports, and support tender submissions with QHSE documentation. - Lead safety culture initiatives, implement improvement projects, and benchmark best QHSE practices. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field. - Experience: Minimum 8-12 years in oilfield QHSE management, with at least 5 years in Slickline or Well Intervention operations. - Certifications: NEBOSH IGC / IOSH Managing Safely, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, IWCF Level 2+, HS & BA Training, BOSIET / HUET, Lifting Operations and PTW training.
