Job Description
As a skilled and proactive Qlik Sense Developer with comprehensive expertise in end-to-end BI application development on the Qlik Sense Enterprise platform, your responsibilities will include the following: - Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Qlik Sense. - Build Qlik Sense dashboards and data applications from scratch, including: - Data extraction from various sources (SQL, REST APIs, flat files, Excel, cloud platforms). - Data modelling and transformation using Qlik scripting (ETL within Qlik). - Building optimized data models with star schema or snowflake as appropriate. - Designing clean, interactive, and insightful dashboards with effective UX/UI practices. - Optimize data load performance and dashboard responsiveness. - Schedule and manage reload tasks on Qlik Sense QMC. - Collaborate with business analysts, domain experts, and stakeholders to deliver applications in tight timelines. - Troubleshoot issues related to data refresh, visual anomalies, or performance bottlenecks. - Implement Section Access for data security where required. - Maintain documentation for data models, load scripts, and user guides. - Stay updated with Qlik roadmap, extensions, and best practices.
