Key Responsibilities: - Develop, adapt, and refine Master Data operational processes using lean tools and best practices to deliver customer outcomes effectively, efficiently, and with quality. - Identify and resolve data-related issues, and develop and implement effective data governance strategies. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business processes, identify requirements, and opportunities for improvement and growth. - Project-manage data-related initiatives and provide training and support to business users on data governance principles and practices. - Implement change management across the organization, influence, and make recommendations to the business on the importance of good data quality. - Monitor data quality, identify data inconsistencies and errors, and work with relevant teams to rectify them. - Assist operational teams in resolving data quality problems with high complexity. - Work closely with the business & IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and requirements. Qualifications Required: - University master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. - Intercultural competence and fluent English communication skills spoken and written; further languages are welcome. - Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a data steward, ideally for a medium to large financial services organization. - Hands-on experience with data management tools such as SAP MDG, SQL, Python, or R for data analysis, Power BI, QlikView, and other lineage or data quality tools would be a nice-to-have. - Change agent with the ability to drive progress and demonstrate a view on E2E Process and Know-How in P2P, O2C, and R2R. - Project management and Change management qualification or proven track record of successfully delivering added value to complex projects. - Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a collaborative and high-paced environment with a passionate and enthusiastic attitude towards master data. - Can-do attitude and ability to adapt to constant changes.
