You will be primarily responsible for managing the retail outlet of the Shivani Bhargava brand. You will be part of the core team. Your skills and experience will be best utilised when you are extensively involved in identifying the opportunities to increase sales and finally executing them. Key Responsibilities - Retail outlet management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations and overall visual merchandising of our retail store to ensure an exceptional brand experience for our customers. - Production coordination: Collaborating closely with the production team to ensure the timely delivery of merchandise to various sales channels, alignment with design aesthetics, and efficient inventory flow. - Trend forecasting: Identifying and analyzing emerging fashion trends to inform product development and merchandising strategies. - Sales analysis & strategy: Analyzing best-selling products and customer purchasing patterns to devise effective strategies for generating and improving sales performance.
