Maintain documentation accuracy and timely system updates. 7. Customer Service Ensure high customer satisfaction across touchpoints. Job Description: As the Head of Internal Security at JMR Infotech, you will lead and oversee the design, review, and approval of security policies, controls, and cyber incident response planning. Your role involves ensuring the implementation of identity and access policies, disaster recovery, and Business Continuity plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating security systems while enforcing cyber security policies and procedures across the organization. Your contribution to reviewing investigations post incidents and staying abreast of the IT threat landscape will be crucial in safeguarding the organization's interests. Key Responsibilities: - Design, review, and approve security policies, controls, and cyber incident response planning. - Develop and enforce identity and access policies, disaster recovery, and Business Continuity plans. - Oversee the design of security systems and ensure compliance with cyber security policies and procedures. - Update cyber security strategy to align with new technology and threat information. - Conduct impact analysis of breaches or incidents and provide recommendations for vulnerability avoidance. - Stay informed about the IT threat landscape, compliance requirements, and changing regulations. - Identify risks, develop actionable plans, conduct security audits, and manage identity and access. - Provide training, mentorship, and communication of best practices across the organization. - Brief the executive team on security status, risks, and advocate for necessary budget allocation. As an IT Hardware System Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the company's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of systems and networks. Your hands-on experience with systems administration, network management, and incident response will be key to success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor, maintain, and support servers, networks, and systems for optimal performance. - Manage and troubleshoot incidents related to hardware, software, and network systems. - Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning/testing. - Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets. - Implement security protocols and conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance. - Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to support business applications and services. - Create and maintain IT documentation, including SOPs, system configurations, and support logs. - Manage vendors and service providers related to IT infrastructure. - Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts as needed. - Provide technical support to internal users across multiple locations (onsite and remote). - Maintain inventory of IT hardware assets and ensure proper lifecycle management. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar role. - Strong understanding of Windows/Linux/IOS servers, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure). - Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices and change management processes. - Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Excellent knowledge in IT asset management & strong communication and documentation skills.,
